Congress legislator from Sangareddy, alleged that it was the fault of Telangana Rashtra Samiti president K. Chandrasekhar Rao, entering the Council elections without having required strength in the Assembly. Speaking to reporters on Sunday, Mr. Reddy said that taking action against 3 legislators of the TRS was not right as the primary fault lies with the party president himself.

He stated that, Congress did not need support of any party for the Council elections as the party strength itself was sufficient to get members elected to the Council.
