So what’s her yet-to-be-titled telefilm all about, we ask her first? And the reaction as expected is not unexpected. The three-reality-show of Sakshi can’t contain her excitement as she spills the beans. “Remember how cops had arrested few youngsters who were found partying near Pune highway? That’s what the story is based on. And I play the lead in the flick. The entire idea of making this telefilm is to help youngsters understand how fatal drugs can be. The best part is that there is no sex element. We don’t want the flick to become a hit with the masses by using sex as its selling point. And I really hope that people in the industry acknowledge my acting skills.”
Coming back to ” Bigg Boss 4″, Sakshi is happy that she is out of the house for she will get to be with her family during this festive season. “But I also wanted to stay for more days in the house,” she chuckles. And be a part of more shocking incidents like her false pregnancy test? “I can’t stop laughing when I think about it. Thankfully it was solved soon.” But don’t such bizarre incidents add zing to reality shows? “Yes, the higher the shock value, the higher the show’s TRP. And accept it that people watch these shows because these are weird and controversial. Aren’t there international shows where contestants make out? Of course, yes. That many Indian viewers will not be comfortable watching all this is a different aspect. But it all boils down to the show’s shock value,” she explains.
Does she fear being called next Rakhi Sawant considering the fact that she is as upfront and intrepid as Rakhi? “Main nahin hoon Rakhi ki tarah. I’m sure she is a great person. But I’m happy being Sakshi, a docile and honest girl who believes in Karma a lot,” she says.
